Opšta pravila

1.1 Molimo vas da pažljivo pročitate ove Opšte uslove i pravila pre nego što počnete da koristite naš veb-sajt Amunra.com (u daljem tekstu: "Veb-sajt"). Korišćenjem ili pristupom bilo kom delu Veb-sajta, slažete se da ćete biti pravno vezani svim sledećim uslovima i pravilima (u daljem tekstu zajednički: "Uslovi"):

1.4 Ako nije drugačije definisano, sve reference u Uslovima na "mi", "nas", "naš", "Kompanija" odnose se na kompaniju koja upravlja Veb-sajtom, dok se reference na "korisnik", "vi", "vaš" odnose na osobu koja koristi naš Veb-sajt i prihvata Uslove.

1.5 Obavezujuća verzija Uslova je verzija na engleskom jeziku. Sve prevode obezbeđujemo isključivo radi vaše udobnosti. U slučaju neslaganja između verzije Uslova na engleskom jeziku i verzije na bilo kom drugom jeziku, prednost ima verzija na engleskom jeziku. Regulatorni zahtevi i ograničenja

Zadržavamo pravo da promenimo listu Isključenih jurisdikcija prema našem isključivom i apsolutnom nahođenju, bez prethodnog obaveštenja. Sve takve promene biće objavljene na našem Veb-sajtu. Morate redovno proveravati Uslove kako biste se uverili da se ne nalazite u nekoj od Isključenih jurisdikcija, koje se povremeno ažuriraju. Ako živite ili se nalazite u jednoj od ovih jurisdikcija, slažete se da nećete otvarati i/ili koristiti svoj nalog na Veb-sajtu i da ćete odmah zatvoriti svoj nalog ukoliko ste ga prethodno otvorili.

2.4 Pored navedenih Isključenih jurisdikcija, napominjemo da neki od provajdera softvera zastupljeni na našem Veb-sajtu zabranjuju korisnicima iz određenih jurisdikcija da postavljaju opklade ili koriste njihov softver, kao što je navedeno u odeljku "Dodatna teritorijalna ograničenja" ovih Opštih uslova i pravila. Pristupom takvom softveru garantujete da niste rezident takvih jurisdikcija.

Vaš nalog

3.1 Kako biste koristili punu funkcionalnost našeg Veb-sajta, morate otvoriti lični nalog na Veb-sajtu.

3.2 Vaš nalog na Veb-sajtu mora biti registrovan na vaše pravo i tačno ime. Dozvoljen je samo jedan nalog po osobi, domaćinstvu/adresi, broju telefona/e-pošti i IP adresi. Svi drugi nalozi koji budu otvoreni na Veb-sajtu smatraće se "Duplim nalozima". Ne smete pokušavati da otvorite Dupli nalog, uključujući davanje lažnih ili alternativnih podataka. Ako otvorite ili pokušate da otvorite bilo koji broj Duplih naloga, zadržavamo pravo da zatvorimo neke ili sve vaše naloge bez ikakve naknade i primenimo sledeće sankcije:

• svi dobici ostvareni putem Duplog naloga biće poništeni. Sve obrade isplate sredstava biće vraćene i sredstva će biti dugovana Kompaniji;
• Dupli nalog će biti zatvoren bez mogućnosti ponovnog otvaranja.

3.3 Morate čuvati svoje podatke za prijavu/korisničko ime i lozinku poverljivo i ne smete ih otkrivati trećim stranama. Isključivo ste odgovorni za bilo koju vrstu radnje i/ili transakcije izvršene putem vašeg naloga. Svaka strana koja pristupi vašem nalogu koristeći ispravne podatke za prijavu i lozinku smatraće se vama, a sve transakcije smatraće se važećim i izvršenim od strane vas. Nećemo biti odgovorni za pristup trećih strana vašem nalogu niti za bilo kakve gubitke povezane sa neovlašćenom upotrebom vašeg naloga; sva takva neovlašćena upotreba smatraće se vašom sopstvenom upotrebom.

3.4 Ne smete prodavati ili prenositi svoj nalog na bilo koju drugu osobu, niti smete kupovati ili sticati naloge drugih osoba. Slažete se da će svaki pokušaj takve radnje biti ništavan i predstavljati kršenje ovih Opštih uslova i pravila. Ovo ograničenje uključuje, ali nije ograničeno na, potpunu zabranu prenosa bilo koje imovine od vrednosti bilo koje vrste, kao što su, ali ne ograničavajući se na, vlasništvo nad nalozima, dobitke, depozite, opklade, prava i/ili potraživanja u vezi sa ovom imovinom, bilo pravne, komercijalne ili druge prirode. 3.5 Zabranjeno je koristiti podatke za prijavu i lozinku bilo koje druge osobe za pristup Veb-sajtu..

3.6 Morate održavati podatke o svom nalogu ažuriranim. Morate nas odmah obavestiti o svim promenama u vašim registracionim podacima.

3.7 Zatvaranje vašeg računa: Možete zatražiti zatvaranje vašeg računa u bilo koje vrijeme slanjem e-pošte korisničkoj podršci na support@amunra.com, pod sljedećim uslovima:

• Nalog možete zatvoriti samo ako nema preostali saldo (pozitivan ili negativan) i nema zahteva za povlačenje sredstava na čekanju.
• U slučaju da želite da zatvorite svoj nalog sa pozitivnim saldom i/ili zahtevima za povlačenje na čekanju, sva sredstva na vašem nalogu biće poništena.

3.8 Zahtev za samoisključenje: Možete kontaktirati korisničku službu putem e-pošte: support@amunra.com, i mi ćemo vam pomoći da zatvorite svoj nalog. Takođe, vaša je odgovornost da obavestite Kompaniju o svim drugim nalozima koje možda imate kod nas i da se uzdržite od otvaranja novih naloga. Kompanija neće biti odgovorna za potencijalne gubitke na drugim nalozima. Takođe, nismo odgovorni za bilo kakve gubitke ili štete koje bi mogle biti prouzrokovane kockanjem.

3.9 Zadržavamo pravo da odbijemo otvaranje naloga ili zatvorimo postojeći nalog bez prethodnog obaveštenja ili obrazloženja.

Vaše garancije

4.1 Otvaranjem naloga na našem Veb-sajtu i korišćenjem našeg Veb-sajta garantujete da:

• delujete u svoje ime;
• ste kompetentan i zakonit građanin;
• nemate zavisnost od kockanja i ne koristite Veb-sajt pod uticajem alkohola, droga ili drugih supstanci;
• svi podaci i informacije koje ste pružili prilikom registracije na našem Veb-sajtu su tačni i istiniti i nastavićete da ih ažurirate u slučaju bilo kakvih promena;
• potpuno razumete i prihvatate činjenicu da postoji mogućnost gubitka novca prilikom korišćenja naših usluga;
• ne koristite novčana sredstva koja ste dobili na nezakonit način ili iz nezakonitih izvora;
• niste u dosluhu i nećete pokušavati da budete u dosluhu direktno ili indirektno s drugim korisnikom Veb-sajta;
• kreditna/debitna kartica ili bilo koji drugi način plaćanja koji koristite za dopunu svog stanja na nalogu pripada vama, nije ukradena i nije izgubljena od strane druge osobe. 4.2 Otvaranjem naloga na ovom Veb-sajtu garantujete da nikada ranije niste registrovali drugi nalog niti ste primili novac putem naloga koji pripada nekoj drugoj osobi.

4.3 Otvaranjem naloga na ovom Veb-sajtu garantujete da ste nam pružili tačne i potpune informacije tražene u registracionom obrascu.

Provera vaših godina, identiteta i druge provere

5.1 Morate nam pružiti sve informacije koje možemo zatražiti kako bismo upravljali vašim nalogom, proverili vaš identitet ili izvor sredstava deponovanih na vaš nalog. Ovo uključuje (ali nije ograničeno na) propisno overenu ličnu kartu, dokaz o prebivalištu, dokaz o vlasništvu i istoriju transakcija korišćenih metoda plaćanja, uključujući izvatke iz banke ili kreditne/debitne kartice itd.

5.2 Zadržavamo pravo, prema našem isključivom nahođenju, da koristimo bilo koje dodatne postupke i sredstva koja smatramo prikladnim za verifikaciju vašeg identiteta, godina, prebivališta i drugih okolnosti (KYC), i pre i nakon uplate depozita na vaš nalog i/ili povlačenja sredstava.

5.3 Morate dostaviti tražena dokumenta i informacije u roku od 30 (trideset) dana od trenutka kada zahtev bude postavljen. Zadržavamo pravo da zadržimo isplate i/ili suspendujemo vaš nalog dok ne dostavite dokumenta i informacije koje smo tražili, kao i da trajno zatvorimo vaš nalog ako to ne učinite na vreme. Obično ćemo verifikovati vaša dokumenta i informacije u roku od 10 (deset) dana nakon što u potpunosti odgovorite na naš zahtev, ali, u zavisnosti od okolnosti i složenosti konkretnog slučaja, može biti potrebno dodatno vreme i/ili provere za završetak verifikacije.

5.4 Možemo koristiti priznatog provajdera treće strane da sprovede provere u naše ime, uključujući ovlašćene agencije za kreditnu referencu, usluge verifikacije identiteta i/ili softver za prevenciju prevara. Lični podaci mogu biti prosleđeni tim trećim stranama u skladu s našom Politikom privatnosti.

5.5 Prihvatanjem ovih Uslova i pravila slažete se da imamo pravo da sprovedemo dodatne bezbednosne provere kako bismo verifikovali podatke o nalogu i aktivnosti u skladu s važećim propisima, kao i našim procedurama za bezbednost i prevenciju prevara, uključujući verifikaciju putem poziva/telefona, proveru identiteta putem lica ili druge potrebne verifikacije kako bismo osigurali da ste vi osoba za koju se predstavljate.

Stanje na nalogu, uplata i povlačenje sredstava

6.1 Kada otvorite nalog na Veb-sajtu, slažete se da će finansijske transakcije povezane s vašim nalogom biti obrađivane direktno od strane Kompanije, operatera platnog sistema i/ili treće strane koju Kompanija odredi za obavljanje ove aktivnosti.

6.2 Uplate ili povlačenja sredstava omogućavaju se putem platnog sistema po vašem izboru (među onima koji su dostupni na Veb-sajtu u datom trenutku). Gde god je to moguće, povlačenja se obrađuju koristeći isti način plaćanja koji je korišćen za finansiranje naloga. Dužni ste da koristite usluge platnog sistema dostupne na Veb-sajtu u skladu s pravilima korišćenja koje nameću odgovarajući provajderi tih usluga.

6.3 Stanje na nalogu nije stanje na bankovnom računu i stoga ne može biti predmet osiguranja, podrške imovinom ili garancija bilo koje druge vrste. Depozit ili aktivno stanje ne donosi nikakvu kamatu.

6.4 Uplatom depozita dajete Kompaniji dozvolu da skine s vašeg stanja sve kazne ili obaveze u vezi s vašim aktivnostima, kako je navedeno u Uslovima ili važećem zakonu. Takođe se slažete da nećete povlačiti uplate, poništavati depozite i pristajete da nadoknadite Kompaniji troškove povezane s povratima uplata i opozivima.

6.5 Kompanija zadržava pravo da po svom nahođenju definiše minimalne i maksimalne iznose depozita na nalog.

6.6 Politika povraćaja sredstava

6.6.1 Priznajete i slažete se da Kompanija u pravilu ne vrši povraćaj sredstava uplaćenih na vaš nalog. Međutim, možemo razmotriti povraćaj u izuzetnim okolnostima, uključujući tehničke probleme s našim Veb-sajtom ili instrumentima za plaćanje.

6.6.2 Povraćaj sredstava ne može biti izvršen nakon što je predmetni depozit (ili pridruženi bonus) iskorišćen za postavljanje opklade.

6.6.3 Da biste bili razmatrani za povraćaj sredstava, morate kontaktirati našu korisničku podršku u roku od 24 (dvadeset četiri) sata od predmetne transakcije. Trudićemo se da odgovorimo na vaš zahtev u roku od 10 (deset) radnih dana. Radi izbegavanja nesporazuma, svi povraćaji sredstava uvek su isključivo po našem nahođenju.

6.6.4 Zadržavamo pravo da zadržimo bilo koji povraćaj sredstava ili obrnemo transakciju dok se identitet korisnika naloga ne utvrdi na zadovoljavajući način. Slažete se da ćete, u slučaju da to zahtevamo, dostaviti vaš identifikacioni dokument (pasoš, vozačku dozvolu, ličnu kartu) i bilo koji dokaz o adresi (račun za komunalne usluge, izvod iz banke, ugovor o zakupu itd.). Takođe, može biti zatražena potvrda o vlasništvu nad vašim metodom plaćanja. Ako takva dokumentacija nije dostavljena u roku od trideset (30) dana od našeg zahteva, povraćaj sredstava ili obrnuta transakcija neće biti izvršeni, vaš nalog će biti zatvoren, a vi ćete izgubiti sva sredstva na svom nalogu. Ova odluka je konačna, obavezujuća i ne podleže žalbi.

6.6.5 If you were funding your account with a Credit Card we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the purchases you have made.

6.7 Možete isplatiti bilo koje dobitke sa svog naloga podnošenjem validnog zahteva za isplatu. Sve takve zahteve ćemo obraditi u skladu s pravilima za povlačenje sredstava opisanima u Uslovima.

Sva uplaćena sredstva (depoziti) i svi naknadni dobici moraju ispuniti uslov minimalnog mesečnog klađenja pre nego što zahtev za isplatu može biti odobren. Kompanija zadržava pravo da odbije zahteve za isplatu ukoliko niste ispunili minimalni mesečni prag klađenja od 2.400 RSD / 20 USD / 20 EUR u toku kalendarskog meseca u kojem je zahtev za isplatu podnet.

6.8 Minimalno okretanje sredstava pre isplate iznosi x1 (jedan). Ako opklade plasirane sredstvima (iznos postavljenih opklada) budu manje od iznosa depozita, zadržavamo pravo da poništimo sve dobitke i zadržimo proviziju od 10% (deset procenata) (ali ne manje od 60 RSD / 0.5 USD / 0.5 EUR) od iznosa poslednjeg depozita kao trošak plaćanja, i proviziju od 15% (petnaest procenata) ako je stanje na vašem nalogu dopunjeno kreditnom karticom ili bankovnim transferom.

6.9 Slažete se da Kompanija zadržava pravo da otkaže bilo koju isplatu sredstava u slučaju sumnje na prevaru, dosluh ili nezakonite aktivnosti.

6.10 Kompanija će nastojati da ispuni vaše želje u vezi s metodom plaćanja, međutim, ne može garantovati korišćenje preferiranog metoda. Zbog toga Kompanija može obraditi isplate koristeći platne sisteme koji se razlikuju od onog koji ste zahtevali za obradu vaše isplate.

6.11 Sve isplate se obrađuju u skladu sa našim mesečnim limitima za isplate, uzimajući u obzir VIP status korisnika koji podnosi zahtev za isplatu.

6.12 TVIP nivo korisnika određuje se na osnovu aktivnosti tokom 90 (devedeset) kalendarskih dana pre podnošenja zahteva za isplatu i može se promeniti u zavisnosti od odnosa između uplata i isplata koje su izvršene, kao i bonusa koji su primljeni. Status korisnika koji nije aktivno postavljao opklade tokom mesec dana automatski se spušta na najniži nivo.

6.13 U bilo kom trenutku, korisnik može imati maksimalno 3 (tri) zahteva za isplatu sredstava koji su na čekanju na nalogu.

6.14 Kompanija zadržava pravo da izvrši plaćanja prema individualnom rasporedu, podesite minimalni i maksimalni iznos po jednoj transakciji i vreme za ovu transakciju, koji se može razlikovati u zavisnosti od načina povlačenja, nivoa vašeg računa ili drugih relevantnih faktora.

6.15 Zahtevi za isplatu sredstava obrađuju se od strane finansijskog odeljenja u roku od 3 (tri) radna dana nakon što je zahtev podnet i/ili 3 (tri) radna dana nakon što je poslednji zahtev za isplatu izvršen, pod uslovom da su svi ostali uslovi ispunjeni i provere završene, kako je navedeno u Uslovima. Agenti finansijskog odeljenja obrađuju zahteve za isplatu novčanih sredstava od 6:00 do 17:00 GMT, od ponedeljka do petka. Pristajete da ste upoznati i saglasni sa rasporedom za isplatu sredstava. Nakon što finansijsko odeljenje obradi zahtev za transfer sredstava, Kompanija ne snosi odgovornost za dalja kašnjenja u obradi plaćanja.

6.16 Kompanija može odložiti obradu vašeg zahteva za isplatu kako bi sprovela provere vašeg identiteta, stanja na nalogu, izvora sredstava i vaše usklađenosti s Uslovima. U takvim slučajevima, Kompanija može započeti i/ili učestvovati i/ili pomoći u istrazi okolnosti, a vi se slažete da ćete pružiti podršku i pomoć u bilo kojoj takvoj istrazi. Kompanija zadržava pravo da odloži izvršenje bilo kakvih isplata ili pružanje iznosa dobitaka dok se sve procedure verifikacije i provere navedene u Uslovima uspešno ne završe.

6.17 Kompanija čuva sredstva korisnika odvojeno od svojih sopstvenih sredstava na posebnim klijent bankovnim računima. Ova postavka osigurava da su sredstva na korisničkim računima zaštićena u slučaju insolventnosti. Shodno tome, u slučaju naše insolventnosti, vaša sredstva su zaštićena i biće vam vraćena.

6.18 Ako se Korisnik naloga ne prijavi na svoj nalog u periodu od 180 (sto osamdeset) dana, nalog će se smatrati "Neaktivnim nalogom". Svakog meseca možemo naplatiti 600 RSD / 5 USD / 5 EUR kao administrativnu naknadu dok nalog ostane neaktivan. Imamo pravo da po sopstvenom nahođenju promenimo mesečnu administrativnu naknadu bez prethodnog obaveštenja. Ako je stanje na nalogu manje od 600 RSD / 5 USD / 5 EUR, naplatiće se ceo iznos. Kada saldo dostigne nulu, dodatne administrativne naknade neće se primenjivati.

6.19 U slučaju softverskih kvarova, pogrešnih finansijskih transakcija itd., Kompanija ima pravo da povuče pogrešno pripisana sredstva sa korisničkih naloga, kao i obavezu da vrati sve iznose koji su pogrešno isplaćeni ili nisu pripisani zbog tehničkih problema na korisničke naloge u roku od 30 (trideset) dana od trenutka kada je takav kvar otkriven.

6.20 U slučaju da Kompanija greškom (zbog tehničke greške u tabeli dobitaka, greške izazvane ljudskim faktorom ili druge vrste greške) dopuni korisnički nalog sredstvima koja mu ne pripadaju, taj iznos će se smatrati vlasništvom Kompanije i biće oduzet sa korisničkog naloga. Ako korisnik povuče sredstva koja mu ne pripadaju pre nego što je greška primećena, greškom isplaćeni iznos (bez prejudiciranja pravnih sredstava i postupaka korisnika) smatraće se dugom korisnika prema Kompaniji. U slučaju netačnog dopunjavanja stanja, korisnik je dužan da odmah obavesti Kompaniju putem e-pošte.

6.21 Prenos sredstava između korisnika u bilo kom obliku strogo je zabranjen. Kompanija zadržava pravo da blokira sve naloge uključene u transfere, oduzme sve dobitke i prijavi takvu aktivnost nadležnim organima.

6.22 U bilo kom trenutku, Kompanija ima ovlašćenje da povuče pozitivan saldo sa vašeg naloga kako bi naplatila iznos koji dugujete Kompaniji.

6.23 Preuzimate punu odgovornost za plaćanje svih poreza, taksi i drugih troškova povezanih s bilo kojim dobitkom ostvarenim korišćenjem usluga Veb-sajta. Slažete se da nadoknadite Kompaniji sve troškove ili gubitke koje Kompanija može pretrpeti kao rezultat bilo koje obaveze ili zahteva koji nam bude postavljen od strane državnog organa zbog obaveze zadržavanja ili plaćanja poreza ili sličnih zahteva u vezi sa vašim zahtevom za isplatom ili prihodom.

Bonusi i promocije

• the Company suffers a technical error offering wrong odds or Events;
• any other reason communicated to the customer upon request.

16.2.17 Several identical bets may be considered as one in case the customer made a number of mirror bets.

If there is no podium ceremony, results will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the market settlement, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If no official result is available then the result will be determined with reference to the available evidence known at the time of market settlement and the decision of the Company is final.

16.7.2 Markets are generally settled shortly after the conclusion of an Event. Purely as a customer service, some markets may be settled before the official result is declared. The Company reserves the right to reverse settlement in the Event of a market being settled in error and this will be reflected in your balance.

16.7.3 In the Event of uncertainty over any result then the Company reserves the right to suspend settlement of any market. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void them or delay the settlement until official confirmation.

16.7.4 In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime.

16.7.5 Where there is a conflict between the official results and the results posted on the results section of the Company’s Website, the conflict shall be resolved by reference to the Company's video recording of the particular Event to determine the correct result. However, if no such video recording is available, then the correct result shall be determined in accordance with the result of the particular Event’s relevant governing body as published on its official website. If the official website is unable to provide the result or official website's posted result is manifestly wrong, then the Company reserves the right to make decisions/ amendments to determine the final result. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard, however we will give our justification for the result upon request. This may include video evidence.

16.7.6 In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average. Any bet inadvertently accepted after an event has finished will be void.

16.7.7 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, settlement of all markets will be based on the official competition rules.

16.7.8 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, opponents must start the match for ‘head to head’ match bets to stand.

16.7.9 When no price is quoted for a tie and the official competition rules do not determine a clear winner or the official result is a tie, dead heat rules will apply. In a ‘Dead Heat’ the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.

16.7.10 Where bets are available on whether a specific number is odd or even, Zero will count as even and unless otherwise stated (in the market or in the individual sport rules) extra time, overtime and extra innings will not count

16.7.11 Where there is no action in an event after a bet has been placed the bet will be void.

16.8 Bet Delay Acceptance

16.8.1 Bets placed during an Event (‘Live Betting’) will almost certainly be subject to a delay, which will vary by sport and competition.

16.8.2 If any of the disruptions mentioned in this Section happen before the countdown timer ends, all bets placed using Timer Acceptance are immediately void:

•  If there appears to be a possible red card or a red card is actually given;
•  If there is a possible penalty or a penalty is given;
•  If there appears to be a possible goal or a goal is scored by any team;

 Fortuitous events including, but not limited to, failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the correct placing, accepting, recording or notification of bets, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication lines failure.

16.8.3 When using our website, and subsequently the Timer Acceptance feature, the Customer acknowledges that the current score, time elapsed and other data provided on this site (including ‘Live’ TV pictures) while coming from a “live” feed provided by a third party is subject to a time delay and/or may be inaccurate, and that any bet placed based on this data is entirely at the customer’s own risk. The Company provides this data and accepts no responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of his reliance on it.

16.8.4 We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet without offering any explanation.

16.9 Maximum Winnings

16.9.1 Maximum bet limits vary from sport to sport and from game to game.

16.9.2 Minimum bet per event is 0.5 (five tenths) in the currency of the customer account.

16.9.3 A bet is accepted on the basis that it is the investment of one customer only.

16.9.4 The maximum amount that can be won (excluding stake) by one customer in one days betting regardless of stake is 100 000 (one hundred thousand) EUR or equivalent in your account currency. Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day’s betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.

16.9.5 The maximum numbers of selections in multi-bets and system bets is 30 (thirty) selections.

16.9.6 The maximum withdrawal amount from a no deposit bonus (loyalty bonus or a free bet bonus) is x3 (three) of the initial amount of the received no deposit bonus. The rest of the winnings that exceed this amount will be deducted by the Company.

16.9.7 In order to be able to request a withdrawal, the minimal wager of the free bet winnings has to be x3 (three). The customer has to roll over the amount of his winnings from the free bet, that was credited to his account, at least 3 (three) times on either single or multibet. Any bets made on Events with odds less than 1.5 (one and five tenths), will not be counted in the wagering of the winnings. Only bets which are settled as won or lost are counted towards any type of rollover requirements.

16.10 Time of Acceptance

16.10.1 If, for any reason, a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event or match has started the selection(s) affected will be made void. The only exception would be if the Event in question is covered by our ‘in running’ or Live service.

16.10.2 We reserve the right to amend obvious errors, and accept bets after an Event has started by mutual consent. If at the time the bet was placed, the race or event was resolved or at a stage where the client could have had any indication of the outcome we reserve the right to void that selection.

16.10.3 In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, then the time at which it was recorded on our Servers will govern the settlement.

16.11 Live or In-Running Betting

16.11.1 Live or in-running betting is, by nature, subject to large and sudden changes in odds as the Event unfolds. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that prices will always be available, and reserve the right not to offer odds throughout the entire match at our absolute discretion.

16.11.2 In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or void bets, even when prices are displayed on our website, if due to circumstances outside of our control the prices shown are wide of the industry market price at the time the bet is placed. Our decision regarding this is final.

16.11.3 If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

16.11.4 If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.

16.12 Specific Betting Types

16.12.1 Outright (Future Bets)

16.12.2 Outright means betting on the winner of an Event, race or tournament.

16.12.3 If a competitor/player does not start an Event, race or tournament then all outright bets on that competitor/player will be lost unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules.

16.12.4 If there are two or more winners, or a “dead heat” is declared in any outright market then your stake is divided by the number of winners, and this new amount is then settled at the full odds (not including the stake). For example, if there are multiple winners of the English Premier League Top Goalscorer market. In our example two players were declared as winners. Your bet of 1,000 (one thousand) on Sergio Agüero (one of the winners) at odds of 3.50 (three and five tenths) would be settled as follows: (1,000/2) x 3.50. 500 x 3.50 = 1,750 returns.

16.12.5 The term “any other player” (or any other team, score etc.) refers to all competitors or options not named in the market.

16.12.6 The term “others on request” refers to any unquoted player, team or score etc. Should you require a price for a selection not named in the market please contact our customer service and we will add in the selections you request. In all instances we will attempt to offer all obvious outcomes. For markets that refer to ‘Others on Request’ where a selection not named is the Winner. All bets would be settled as losers.

16.13 Moneyline

16.13.1 Moneyline means betting on one competitor or team to defeat another in an Event or to be placed higher in an Event match-up. Remaining Moneyline rules are set out in the Specific Event Betting Rules.

16.13.2 The term “The Field” refers to all competitors other than the competitor named in the Moneyline match up.

16.14 Handicap and First Half Handicap

16.14.1 Handicap means betting when one competitor or team receives a virtual head start (effectively leading by that head start before the Event begins). The winner is the competitor or team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result. For both totals and sides betting all stakes are returned when the final score falls on the handicap line (in America termed as a 'push'). Remaining Handicap rules are set out in the specific Sport Betting Rules.

16.14.2 First Half Handicap means betting on the team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result of the first half of an Event.

16.15 Over/Under and First Half Over/Under

16.15.1 Over/under means betting that is determined by the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an Event. If the total is more than the Over/under pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the Over/Under pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

16.15.2 First half over/under means betting that is determined by the total number of points in the result of the first half of an Event. If the total is more than the over/under pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the over/under pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

16.16 Odd/Even, First Half Odd/Even, Single Team Odd/Even

16.16.1 Odd/even means betting that is determined by whether the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an event is odd or even. For all odd/even markets zero is counted as even for settlement purposes.

16.16.2 First half odd/even means betting that is determined by whether the total number of points at the end of the first half of an Event is Odd or Even.

16.16.3 First half bets will be void if an Event is abandoned before the end of the first half. But if an Event is abandoned after the end of the first half, all First half bets will be valid.

16.16.4 Single team odd/even means betting to predict whether the full-time score of a specific team in a match will be odd or even.

16.16.5 Any extra-time or overtime added in the match will not be counted for purposes of determining the full-time score except where stated either in the market or the individual sport rules.

16.17 Multiple Bets/Parlays

16.17.1 Multiple bets (or parlay) means bets in a combination of two or more selections placed as one wager. If all selections should win then the Multiple wins and will be paid at the combined odds of all selections. If one (or more) selections should fail to win then the multiple loses. If one (or more) selections should be postponed or void for any reason, then the odds for that selection will revert to 1.00 (one) odds.

16.17.2 During a match or Event (in play) if any part of the bet is rejected the whole multiple will be rejected. In play Events and pre-match events may be included in the same multiple.

16.17.3 Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. E.g. No goalscorer and 0-0 correct score in the same match. Our system should reject such bets but if taken in error the stakes will be equally divided as single bets. If you are unsure if your bet is related please check with customer service prior to placing your wager. The decision of the Company as to whether selections are related will be final.

16.18 Cash-Out

16.18.1 The Company offers the option of Cash-Out before an event or market is finalised. If the Cash-Out request is successful, this will be displayed and the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the related market will have no impact on the Cash Out amount. The Cash Out amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if accepted. If a bet is placed with the intention of using Cash-Out, the Company cannot guarantee that the Cash-Out feature will be always available. The Company reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet, or a market is settled in error in addition to correcting obvious errors.

Betting rules and regulations for specific sports

17.1 American Football

17.1.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result NOT including overtime (unless otherwise stated in these or the market rules). In case of any delay (rain, darkness etc.) all markets will remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.

17.1.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date, or within 48 (forty-eight) hours then all bets will be void (unless stated otherwise).

17.1.3  If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then full-time bets are still considered valid if 55 (fifty-five) minutes of the match has been completed (Pro and College Football). Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body. Otherwise bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.1.4  First-Half results are the sum of the First and Second Quarters. Second-Half results are the sum of the Third and Fourth Quarters, including any Overtime that may be played.

17.1.5 Fourth Quarter results, Quarter with the most points and Double Result markets do not include any Overtime that may be played.

17.1.6 If a match is suspended or abandoned then bets placed on unfinished Halves or Quarters will be considered void. If the designated Halves or Quarters are completed then bets will be valid. As will all bets on any market already unconditionally determined.

17.1.7 The Home/Away venue for NCAA matches are provided as a reference only.

17.1.8 Unless a price is quoted for a tie, any market where the result is a tie will be void.

17.1.9 Specifically for Live Betting, if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 89 (eighty-nine) seconds), we reserve the right to void betting. If a wrong score is displayed we reserve the right to void betting for this timeframe.

17.2 Badminton

17.2.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based on either sets or points (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets based on points (unless otherwise stated).

17.2.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player will be void.

17.2.3 If a player (or pairing) retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.2.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets are still considered valid if the match is completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

17.2.5 Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

17.2.6 If a team retires all undecided markets are considered void.

17.3 Baseball

17.3.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result NOT including extra innings except for ‘Who score the Xth point (run) and ‘Which Team will win race to X points’ or otherwise stated. In Japanese or Korean baseball a tie can be declared and in this case moneyline bets will be refunded.

17.3.2 If a game does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 12 (twelve) hours of the scheduled start time) then all bets will be void (unless stated otherwise). If a game is postponed or cancelled before its due start time, all bets are deemed No Action.

17.3.3 For baseball bets to be considered valid then the game must go nine innings (or 8.5 (eight and five tenths) innings if the home team is leading). If a game is ‘called’ or suspended and completed on a subsequent day then all bets (except those which have been unconditionally determined) will be considered void. Specifically for MLB, if a game is ‘called’, or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.) Stakes will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. If a game is ‘called’, or suspended, winners and losers for betting (including Totals) are official after at least 5 (five) innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 (four and five tenths) innings. Other markets will be void unless a winning market has already been established.

17.3.4 If a game is suspended or called in extra innings then the score will be determined after the last full inning, unless the home team scores to tie or lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.

17.3.5 First 5 (five) innings bets are settled on the result at the end of five innings. If five innings are not completed, for whatever reason, then all bets will be considered void.

17.3.6 World Baseball Classic games can end early if a team is leading by ten or more runs after the opposing team has batted in at least seven innings or if a team is leading by more than fifteen runs after the opposing team has batted in at least five innings. Should this happen then all bets will be considered valid.

17.3.7 International Baseball games (e.g. Olympic matches) may be called early and for bets to be valid, 6.5 (six and five tenths) innings must have been completed.

17.4 Basketball

17.4.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result NOT including overtime (unless otherwise stated).

17.4.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 12 (twelve) hours of the scheduled start time) then all bets will be void (unless stated otherwise).

17.4.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then full-time bets are still considered valid if at least 43 (forty-three) minutes of an NBA match, or 35 (thirty-five) minutes of any other basketball match have been completed. Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body. Otherwise bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.4.4 First-Half results are the sum of the first and second quarters. Second-half results are the sum of the third and fourth quarters, not including any overtime that may be played. Apart from NBA and WNBA where all second-half markets include any overtime played.

17.4.5 Fourth quarter results do not include any overtime that may be played.

17.4.6 If a match is suspended or abandoned then bets placed on unfinished halves or quarters will be considered void. If the designated halves or quarters are completed then bets will be valid.

17.4.7 The home/away venue for NCAA matches are provided as a reference only.

17.4.8 Unless odds are quoted for the tie any market that results in a tie will be void.

17.4.9 Specifically for Live Betting, if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 (two) minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.

17.5 Bowls

17.5.1 In the event of a match starting but not being completed the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner. However set betting will be void.

17.5.2 If a match is postponed to another day bets are void. If a match is interrupted and continued within 48 (forty-eight) hours after initial start time, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.

17.5.3 In case of a retirement and walk-over of any player all undecided bets are considered void.

17.5.4 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.6 Cricket

17.6.1 All markets do not consider super overs unless otherwise mentioned.

17.6.2 Penalty runs are not considered in any over or delivery market (markets for multiple overs are not considered for this rule).

17.6.3 Twenty 20: all scheduled overs must be played for undecided markets to be settled unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion.

17.6.4 ODIs: a minimum of 90% (ninety percent) of the entire overs allocated for an innings must be played at the time that the bet was struck for markets to be settled unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion.

17.6.5 If a match is cancelled before any play has taken place, then all markets are considered void unless the match is replayed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of its initial starting time.

17.6.6 If the match is tied and the official competition rules do not determine a winner; or if the competition rules determine the winner by a coin toss or drawing of lots, then all undecided markets are considered void.

17.6.7 In the event of an over not being completed, all undecided markets on this specific over are considered void unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion e.g. declaration, team all out, etc.

17.7 Darts

17.7.1 Moneyline and markets refer to the winner of the match. Handicap and over/under markets are based on the number of sets (unless otherwise stated).

17.7.2 If a match is postponed and not started within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void.

17.7.3 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player will be void.

17.7.4 If a match starts but is not completed or is shortened then all bets will be considered void. In the event of a league match starting but not being completed set betting will be void but outright betting will be settled on the official competition rules. Other markets will be void unless a winning selection has already been established.

17.7.5 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.7.6 Bullseye counts as red check out colour.

17.8 Esports

17.8.1 Moneyline refers to the winner of an esports match-up who may be a team or individual competitor that defeats another or places highest in a match-up.

17.8.2 Tournament winner refers to the winning team or individual competitor in the finals of an Esports tournament.

17.8.3 All markets will be settled on the official results declared by the relevant Esports association or organizing body as may be posted in its official website. Any subsequent disqualifications or changes to the results will not be considered for betting purposes.

17.8.4 If a match-up is postponed, all bets are still considered valid if the match-up is resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours from original schedule.

17.8.5 If a match-up has started but is not completed due to player disconnection or power interruption, then all bets will be void.

17.8.6 If a match-up was replayed due to a draw, player disconnection or power interruption, then all bets will be void. In case of replay, the replayed match-up will be considered as a separate and new market.

17.8.7 If the number of rounds/maps is changed from the original schedule then handicap and over/under bets will be considered void while moneyline bets will still be considered valid.

17.9 Floorball

17.9.1 Unless stated otherwise, all floorball bets are settled on 60 (sixty) minutes play.

17.9.2 If a match is abandoned all bets are void unless an official result has been declared or a winning market has already been established. If a match is postponed bets are void if not played within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the scheduled start time.

17.10 Futsal

17.10.1 All bets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 40 (forty) minutes (2 x 20 minutes) regulation time. Extra-time or penalties DO NOT count.

17.10.2 If a match is postponed, or is suspended and is not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time, then all bets will be considered void except where unconditionally determined.

17.10.3 If a match begins before the scheduled time then only bets made before the actual kick-off will be considered valid. All bets placed after the starting time will be considered void, except for Live Betting.

17.10.4 If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.10.5 Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

17.10.6 If a team retires all undecided markets are considered void.

17.11 Golf

17.11.1 All golf bets are settled according to the official tournament results.

17.11.2 If a competitor/player does not start an Event, race or tournament then all outright bets on that competit outright or/player will be lost unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules. If a golfer retires or is disqualified during a tournament or specified round then all bets on that golfer will be lost.

17.11.3 If a tournament or specified round is delayed or suspended then all bets will remain valid for forty-eight hours after the scheduled finish time.

17.11.4 When a tournament is reduced by weather or other outside influences then bets will be settled on the outright winner as long as eighteen holes have been played. If there is no play after an outright bet has been struck, it will be void, unless the event is to be played over different courses, in which case all bets will be void.

17.11.5 A player is deemed to have played once they have teed off. In the event of a player withdrawing after having teed off, stakes will be lost on outright or 18 (eighteen) hole betting. If a player should, having teed off, withdraw during the tournament for whatever reason then he will be deemed to have finished last for betting purposes.

17.11.6 Play-offs are included to determine the tournament winner. Dead heat rules will apply for placings.

17.12 Handball

17.12.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result at the end of normal time. Extra-time and penalty shoot-outs do not count for full-time markets unless otherwise stated.

17.12.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined or an official result is declared. Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.12.3 If the match goes to a seven-metre shootout; the markets ‘Who scores the Xth point?’ and ‘Which team will win the race to X points?’ will be voided.

17.12.4 Specifically for Live Betting, if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 3 (three) minutes) we reserve the right to void betting.

17.13 Ice Hockey

17.13.1 Full-time markets may be offered as either “regular time only” or “including overtime and penalty shootouts” or both. For matches that are decided by a penalty shoot-out then the winning team will have one goal added to their score to determine the final result. All markets (except period, overtime and penalty shootout markets) are considered for regular time only unless it is mentioned in the market.

17.13.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time) then all bets will be void (unless stated otherwise).

17.13.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then full-time bets are still considered valid if 55 (fifty-five) minutes of the match has been completed. Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body. Otherwise bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.13.4 For period betting, a period must be completed for bets to be considered valid.

17.13.5 Third period results do not include any overtime or shoot-outs that may be played.

17.13.6 Ice hockey Live Betting is settled on the result at the end of normal time (three periods). Overtime and shoot-out results do not count – unless otherwise stated. If a market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 (two) minutes), we reserve the right to void betting. If a wrong score is entered all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

17.13.7 In 60 (sixty) minute betting a price will be offered for the draw and in the event of a draw stakes on teams to win in 60 (sixty) minutes will be lost.

17.14 Motor Sports

17.14.1 Motor Sports include, without limitation, Formula One, Moto GP and A1GP.

17.14.2 Podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the race result. If there is no podium ceremony then the result is that declared by the relevant governing body immediately after the end of the race. Qualifying markets are based on the final qualifying positions declared by the governing body immediately after the end of qualifying.

17.14.3 If the scheduled venue is changed then all bets will be considered void.

17.14.4 If a race is postponed then all bets are still considered valid if the race is started before the forty-eight hour expiration, otherwise all bets will be considered void. If a race starts but is not completed then all bets will remain valid if an official result is declared. If no official result is declared then all bets will be void.

17.14.5 A motor race is deemed to have started when the signal is given to start the warm-up lap. If a competitor is not ready to start from the grid (or pit lane) then bets on that racer will be lost in outright bets. If a competitor fails to start the official qualifying session then pole position bets on that racer will be void.

17.15 Rugby League

17.15.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result at the end of the match. Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 80 (eighty) minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or sudden death.

17.15.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.15.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first half only. All bets will be considered void if the specified half is not completed.

17.15.4 In handicap betting, a tie price will usually be quoted and if the game is a draw on the handicap, then bets on each team will be losers.

17.15.5 In the event of a change of venue, bets will stand providing the change isn't to the opponent's ground. In this instance bets will be void. In the event of a change of opponent from the one advertised, all bets for that match are void.

17.15.6 If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.15.7 In bets involving total tries/points, penalty tries count.

17.16 Rugby Union

17.16.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result at the end of normal time (80 (eighty) minutes). Extra-time does not count for full-time markets, unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or sudden death. Rugby Sevens markets will be settled at the end of normal time (usually 14 (fourteen) or 20 (twenty) minutes). Extra-time does not count for full-time Rugby Sevens markets.

17.16.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.16.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first half only. All bets will be considered void if the specified half is not completed.

If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 (two) minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.

17.17 Snooker and Pool

17.17.1 Moneyline and handicap markets refer to the winner of the match. Over/under and odd/even markets are based on the number of frames/racks (unless otherwise stated).

17.17.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player will be void.

17.17.3 If a match starts but is not completed then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.17.4 In the event of a league match starting but not being completed frame betting will be void but outright betting will be settled on the official competition rules.

17.17.5 If a match is postponed all bets will be void unless the match is re-scheduled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the original start time.

17.17.6 In the case of a retirement of a player or disqualification all undecided markets are considered void.

17.17.7 In the case of a re-rack settlement stays if the outcome was determined before the re-rack.

17.17.8 No fouls or free balls are considered for settlement of any potted-colour market.

17.17.9 In case of a frame starting but not being completed, all frame related markets will be voided unless the outcome has already been determined.

17.17.10 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.18 Soccer

17.18.1 Where matches are scheduled for play other than regular 90 (ninety) minutes play (e.g. Under 17 (seventeen) Tournaments or special time periods of play on various tournaments or friendly matches) all bets will be settled at the end of that scheduled time.

17.18.2 Where less than regular time is played, the Company reserves the right to suspend settlement of all bets pending the official result of that match.

17.18.3 Unless non regular time matches are expressly indicated on the website prior to a soccer matches, bets taken on such matches will be considered void.

17.18.4 If a soccer match is postponed, unplayed, or is abandoned or suspended and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the scheduled commencement time (and the Venue remains the same), then the match is void (irrespective of any official decision to honour the result). The outcome of all bets on abandoned/suspended matches is at the sole discretion of the Company; however bets will stand on any market where the outcome is already decided. A match that is moved to accommodate TV schedules (i.e. from Saturday at 3pm to Sunday at 4pm) will not be treated as a postponed match for the purposes of this rule and all bets will stand.

17.18.5 First Half Betting applies to first half play only. If a match is abandoned during the first half then all bets are considered void. If a match is abandoned during the second half then all first half bets are still valid.

17.18.6 The Company provides information (e.g. neutral ground, Red card, timer, statistical information, dates, commencement, etc.) as a service and accepts no liability whatsoever in the case of any error. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the correct information for any match.

17.18.7 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is actually played on a non-neutral pitch or vice versa, all bets are considered valid. In the event of a change of venue (home team plays away or vice versa), all bets on the match will be considered void. Bets will also be considered void if the home and away team names are wrongly stated in reverse (home team is always listed first).

17.18.8 For Live Betting, bet placement is allowed up to the ninetieth minute in addition to any injury time added, until full time for most games (at the discretion of the Company). Any actions other than the ones mentioned in the clause, will be considered Safe Play and thus all pending bets placed may be considered for acceptance: Play in or around the penalty spot area; a penalty; and free-kicks deemed by the Company as dangerous and offer the possibility of a goal may result in suspension of all markets.

17.18.9 For Live Betting, all pending bets will be automatically rejected as of the moment the referee ends the match in half time and/or full time.

17.18.10 If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting. If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 (five) minutes) we reserve the right to void betting. If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

17.18.11 All odds are subject to fluctuation and are based on the result at the end of 90 (ninety) minutes regular time play (except half time, first half markets, overtime and penalty shootout). Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 (ninety) minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal. Occasionally prices will be offered to qualify (outright) in addition to 90 (ninety) minute prices.

17.18.12 If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting. If a team plays a different opponent to the one listed that selection will be void.

17.19 Soccer Markets

17.19.1 There are various markets in Soccer that warrant their own individual Rules:

17.19.1.1 Goalscorers

 Bets apply to regular time only. Own goals are (based on official authority) omitted or count as “No GoalScorer” if the game has only ‘own goals’. If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand.

 Bets on First GoalScorer will be considered void if a player never plays or comes on the pitch after the first goal of the game has been scored, except in the case of an own goal, which is ignored. All players who took part in the match since kick off (or previous goal in the case of Next GoalScorer) are considered as runners.

 Bets on Last or Next GoalScorer will be considered void if a player never plays. Player to score Last Goal applies for any player, whatever the time he entered the game. Bets on Anytime GoalScorer, apply to any player involved in the game, regardless of the time they enter the game. Bets on Anytime GoalScorer will be considered void if the player takes no part in the Match.

17.19.1.2 Booking Markets

 A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player gets one yellow plus a second yellow and subsequently a red card – this counts as three cards overall. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 3 (three) cards in a match. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appears during the regular playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken into consideration. Cards for non-playing participants (including Players that have already been replaced, coaches, Managers, players on the bench who have not taken part in the match) are not taken into consideration.

17.19.1.3 Booking Markets including Points

A yellow card counts as 10 (ten) points and any red or second yellow/red card as 25 (twenty-five) points. The second yellow for a player that leads to a red card is not counted. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 35 (thirty-five) points per match. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appears during the regular playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken into consideration. Cards for non-playing participants (including players that have already been replaced, coaches, managers, players on the bench who have not taken part in the match) are not taken into consideration.

17.19.1.4 Corners

Corners won but not taken do not count for market settlement. A corner is counted for settlement of bets only in the case it is executed.

17.20 Table Tennis

17.20.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based on either sets or points (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets based on points (unless otherwise stated).

17.20.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player will be void.

17.20.3 If a player (or pairing) retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.20.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets are still considered valid if the match is completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

17.20.5 First Set Winner (Second, Third Set Winner etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets will be considered void if the specified set is not completed.

17.20.6 In the case of a match not being finished all undecided markets are considered void.

17.20.7 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.21 Tennis

17.21.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based either on sets or games (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets based on games (unless otherwise stated).

17.21.2 If a player does not start a tournament (outright betting) then all bets on that player will be lost. In the case of match betting, then all bets on that player will be void.

17.21.3 If a player (or pairing) retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.21.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets are still considered valid if the match is completed.

17.21.5 All bets will still be considered valid regardless of any change of venue or court surface (including moving matches from outdoor to indoor courts or vice versa). In case of any delay (rain, darkness, etc.) all markets remain unsettled and any Live trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.

17.21.6 If the scheduled number of sets required to win a match is changed from that originally scheduled then all bets will be void, except for those that have been unconditionally determined and the match result.

17.21.7 First set winner (second, third set winner etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets will be considered void if the specified set is not completed. In all cases where a match is finished before certain points/games were finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.

17.21.8 Game winner markets refer to the winner of a specific game, e.g. Set 1 Game 1; Set 1 Game 2 etc. Should there be a retirement/disqualification during an incomplete game then all bets will be considered void. If a game is completed by the Umpire awarding a ‘penalty game’ then all bets on that game will be considered void (though if the game is completed by the Umpire awarding a ‘penalty point’ then all bets are still valid). If a game is suspended then all bets are still considered valid if the game is completed within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

17.21.9 If a match is decided by a match tie-break then it will be considered to be the third set. Every tie-break or match tie-break counts as 1 game.

17.21.10 If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.

17.21.11 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.22 Volleyball and Beach Volleyball

17.22.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based on either sets or points (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets based on points (unless otherwise stated). Bets are settled on the official result.

17.22.2 If a team does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that team will be void.

17.22.3 If a team retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.22.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets are still considered valid if the match resumes before the 48 (forty-eight) hour expiration (bets where a winning market has already been established will never be void). With the exception of Olympic Games and World Championships events, bets stand provided it is rescheduled before the closing ceremony.

17.22.5 First Set Winner (Second, Third Set Winner etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets will be considered void if the specified set is not completed.

17.22.6 Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

17.22.7 Unless odds are quoted for the tie in the event of tie any means used by the official body to determine the winner will count for settlement purposes.

17.23 Water Polo

17.23.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, will be settled on the final result at the end of normal time (four quarters). Extra-time and shoot-outs do not count for full-time markets.

17.23.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Bets will also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.23.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first and second quarters. All bets will be considered void if the specified half is not completed.

17.24 RACING RULES

17.24.1 In these terms and conditions:

17.24.2 All Clear All clear means that the racing stewards deem the finishing order of horses is correct, and that bets can be paid out. It also means that no protest or objection has been made by the connections of any horse in the race. Also see Correct Weight.

17.24.3 All-in A betting proposition where no refunds are given for scratchings or withdrawals regardless of whether or not a particular runner starts or completes the event on which the bet is placed. This means that all bets stand, no refunds are payable, and no deduction applies to winning bets.

17.24.4 Ante Post, "Futures" Betting propositions on events prior to final acceptances.

17.24.5 Betting Receipt, "Betting Ticket" A receipt including a bet ticket number issued on confirmation of a bet placed, and in accordance with the Racing Rules of Play.

17.24.6 Bet Unit The selected bet amount per combination in a combination bet.

17.24.7 Boxed Exotics all possible combinations outcomes bet on in a combination bet.

17.24.8 Combinations The number of possible runners selected. "Combination Bet" or "Exotic Bet" A bet which involves selecting more than one horse in one or more races.

17.24.9 Correct Weight Indicates that the weight allocated by the place - getters has been checked and is correct. Correct weight must be signaled before bets can be paid out. Also see All Clear.

17.24.10 Dead Heat Occurs when two or more runners are officially declared to have finished equal. This applies to both winners and place-getters in a single race.

17.24.11 Deductions A percentage reduction of a fixed odds return due to a scratching.

17.24.12 Exacta A bet where you are required to select the 1st and 2nd horses in correct order.

17.24.13 Face value of a bet The bet unit multiplied by the odds for a given selection.

17.24.14 Final Acceptances, "Final Field" Official participants (acceptors) nominated to start in the race as announced by the controlling Race Club of the country in which the race is run.

17.24.15 First Fours, "First4" A bet where you are required to select the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place - getters in correct order.

17.24.16 Fixed Odds Proprietary odds offered on a betting event, fixed at the time that the bet is placed. This means that the odds payable on winning bets do not change after the bet has been placed, regardless of market fluctuations (with the exception of deductions to betting in the event of late scratching(s), in which case the deductions are as per Rule 7).

17.24.17 Fluctuations Changes in the odds offered on a particular runner as the market moves.

17.24.18 Inquiry Stewards may conduct an inquiry as a result of any incident which may have occurred during a race.

17.24.19 Late Scratchings, "Non-runners", "Scratchings", "Withdrawals" A Horse or greyhound withdrawn from a race. Horses or greyhounds withdrawn after the commencement of betting are termed "Late Scratchings".

17.24.20 M/L stands for Morning Line, which is the press estimate of the odds for each horse.

17.24.21 MTP stands for Minutes To Post. As an extra added feature, we include a countdown, telling you how long it is to go before the start of the next race.

17.24.22 Payout, "Return" The gross monetary result of a winning bet.

17.24.23 Place To finish in 1st, 2nd or 3rd in a race depending on the field size. (In certain selected races, there will be a 4th place or only a 1st and 2nd place.)

17.24.24 Place-getter Any runner finishing in a place position in a race.

17.24.25 Pre-post bet A fixed odds bet placed after the final field has been declared.

17.24.26 Price, "Odds" The probability offered that an outcome will occur. This is the number by which you multiply your bet unit to calculate your potential return.

17.24.27 Profit, "Winnings" The return of a winning bet, less the bet cost i.e. the net earnings on a bet.

17.24.28 Protest A verbal or written dissent regarding the placings of a particular race, which is made to the stewards before the all clear is signaled.

17.24.29 Quadrella A bet where you are required to select the 1st place getter in 4 nominated races.

17.24.30 Quinella A bet where you are required to select the 1st and 2nd place-getters in any order.

17.24.31 Rebate A percentage of the Stake returned to players on losing bets.

17.24.32 Runner A horse or greyhound participating in a race.

17.24.33 Selections The horses or greyhounds (runners) chosen as part of the bet placed.

17.24.34 Starting Price, "SP" For all Australian racing this is the final fixed price offered by us. For international racing other than French racing, this is the final fixed price offered by us. For French racing, this is outlined in clause 19 below.

17.24.35 Tote refers to a totalisator or paramutuel pool.

17.24.36 Tote Betting is a bet type in which all stakes are placed into a pool. The dividend is calculated from the total amount wagered in the pool and the total number if winning tickets after the official race result is known. Dividends are declared after deductions have been made from the pool.

17.24.37 Trifecta A bet where you are required to select the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place-getters in correct order.

17.24.38 USA Tote means the North and South American tote.

17.24.39 Win To finish 1st in a race. The runner finishing in this position is known as the "Winner".

17.25 Determination of results

17.25.1 General Determination of Results

17.25.1.1 All racing bets shall be settled based on the official declaration of the result of the race as made by the relevant racing authority on the day of the race.

17.25.1.2 Once the official result has been declared, the result shall not be affected by subsequent protests or amendments to such result.

17.25.1.3 Interim results posted on the Racebook are indicative only, and bets shall only be resulted based on the official declaration as per point 1.1.1 above.

17.25.1.4 Deductions for late scratchings may be applied to fixed odds wagers, see Rule 6.

17.25.2 Abandoned, Transferred and Postponed Meetings

17.25.2.1 For race meetings:

a) In the event that a race meeting, or part thereof, for the day is abandoned, transferred or postponed, all bets placed on the postponed, transferred or abandoned races (excluding Ante Post bets accepted prior to final field declaration) shall be void and the stakes returned to the customer's account.

17.25.3 Re-Run Races

17.25.3.1 In the event that a race is re-run on the same day, all bets placed on the race shall stand.

17.25.4 Dead Heats

17.25.4.1 In the event that a dead heat occurs, reduced returns shall be awarded on all runners involved in the dead heat.

17.25.4.2 The reduction on returns shall be dependent on the number of runners involved in the dead heat.

17.25.4.3 The reduced return shall be calculated as follows: (i) For Fixed Odds bets: The reduced return shall be the face value of the bet divided by the total number of runners involved in the dead heat.

17.26 Win betting

17.26.1 All win bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules:

17.26.1.1 All win bets shall require the selection to finish in 1st place in order to be successful.

17.26.1.2 Dead heat rules apply. See Rule 1.4.

17.26.1.3 Deductions for late scratchings on fixed odds bets apply. See Rule 6.

17.26.1.4 All Win bets shall be accepted as per Betting Types.

17.27 Place betting

17.27.1 All place bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules. For the avoidance of any doubt, nominated starters, prior to scratchings means the number of declared starters upon finalisation of the official scratchings. These rules will apply to all pre-post bets.

17.27.1.1 For all Australian & New Zealand Racing:

a) For races with 8 or more nominated starters, prior to scratchings: Place pays for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in a race.

b) For races with 5-7 nominated starters, prior to scratchings: Place pays for 1st and 2nd in a race.

c) For races with 4 or less nominated starters, all Place bets are refunded.

17.27.1.2 For all other Racing:

a) For races with 8 or more starters: Place pays for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in a race.

b) For races with 5-7 starters: Place pays for 1st and 2nd in a race.

c) For races with 4 or less starters, all Place bets are refunded.

17.27.1.3 Dead heat rules apply. See Rule 1.4.

17.27.1.4 All Place bets shall be accepted as per Betting Types

17.27.1.5 For Australian racing, in the event that Place dividends are declared by less than the three Australian Totes, all Place wagers will be void and the stake/s fully refunded to the customer's Account.

17.27.2 Exotic BETS

17.27.2.1 All quinella bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules:

a) All quinella bets shall require the selections to finish in 1st and 2nd place, in any order, to be successful.

b) All boxed quinella bets shall require any of the selections to finish in 1st and 2nd place, in any order, to be successful.

17.27.2.2 All exacta bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules:

a) All exacta bets shall require the selections to finish in 1st and 2nd place, in correct order, to be successful.

b) All boxed exacta bets shall require any of the selections to finish in 1st and 2nd place, in any order, to be successful.

17.27.2.3 All trifecta bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules:

a) All trifecta bets shall require the selections to finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, in correct order, to be successful.

b) All boxed trifecta bets shall require any of the selections to finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, in correct order, to be successful.

17.27.2.4 All first four bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules:

a) All first four bets shall require the selections to finish in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, in correct order, to be successful.

b) All boxed first four bets shall require any of the selections to finish in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, in correct order, to be successful.

17.27.2.5 All Quadrella bet qualifications shall be governed by the following rules:

a) All Quadrella bets shall require the selections to finish 1st in respective races to be successful.

b) If a selected runner is declared a non-runner or is scratched after the bet is confirmed, the removed runner will be replaced by the Tote substitute.

c) Should a leg of a Quadrella be abandoned for any reason, all selections will be treated as winners for that leg.

17.28 MULTI BETS

17.28.1 A multi bet may include both All-in and final field legs. In the event that a final field leg is scratched the multi bet will stand but will be subject to deductions as per the Schedule of Deductions. If a leg that was all in does not start, the multi bet will be resulted as a losing bet.

17.29 SCRATCHING

17.29.1 In the event that a horse or greyhound is scratched from a race:

17.29.1.1 The following shall apply for bets on the scratched runner(s):

17.29.1.1.1 For bets placed after the declaration of the final field:

a) A full refund of all bets on the scratched runner will be issued.

b) In the event that the scratched runner is part of a combination bet, all combinations that include that selection shall be refunded.

c) In the event that a scratched runner is part of an exotic bet, then that portion of the bet will be refunded.

17.29.1.2 For bets placed on Ante-Post markets:

a) The bets shall be accepted on an "all-in" basis, and therefore no refund on the selection shall be given.

17.29.1.2 The following shall apply for bets on horses or greyhounds other than the scratched Runner:

17.29.1.2.1 For bets placed after the declaration of the final field:

a) Deductions will apply for winning fixed odds bets placed prior to the scratching. See Rule 6.

17.29.1.2.2 For bets placed on Ante-Post markets:

a) No deductions will apply for fixed odds betting.

17.3 DEDUCTIONS

17.30.1 In the event of a late scratching where a deduction applies in accordance to Rule 5, the deduction shall be applied in accordance to the Schedule of Deductions listed below.

17.30.2 The deduction rate shall be applied based on the fixed odds of the scratched runner at the time of the scratching.

17.30.3 The deduction shall be applied as follows:

17.30.3.1 The deduction rate shall be applied to the face value of the bet.

5. Jednokratni izazovi:
